First of all, we can say that hair meets all its needs by hair roots which absorb blood from the veins. So, a healthy body means healthy hair. In contrast to many ideas, a better nutrition is much more important for attractive and healthy hair than cosmetics. And some dangerous reasons about the body health -such as smoking or drinking alcohol- are also dangerous for hair.

Especially, smoking directly affects the speed of the blood circulation and then hair roots can’t absorb enough materials from the blood because of less blood in veins. The other important factors are hormonal or health problems, air conditions, water features, goitre, problems about sleeping and stress. And some diets which are dangerous for your health are also dangerous for hair because having a diet unconsciously can negatively affect the vital requirements of the body such as minerals or vitamins. In short, if your body is healthy there is no reason to have unhealthy hair. The key for a perfect nutrition is to consume healthy food. And be sure that to lose about 100 hairs in a day is normal for an average person.

Dry Hair

Is a hair live? Do we have live hair? The answer is “yes” for many people but the definite answer is “no”. Only hair roots are alive. In contrast to many people, our hair gets longer from the root not the top. So the real care should base on these roots not hair. But of course, everybody likes hair not roots. And sometimes hair seems drier and darker than usual. But why? Or What can I do? The reason for dry hair is damp. If your hair doesn’t have enough damp, it seems as if it is dry. Hair loses the rate of damp because of some reasons such as air pollution, air conditions and drying machines. And this type of hair is easy to break and seems matt. You should prefer to leave them to dry itself after shower and this is the most important truth for the hair care. A drying machine causes to lose damp rate of hair which makes it to look dry and easy to break. The best precaution is to apply hair creams and to use a natural brush. And people who have this type of hair should wash their hair 3 times a day.

Greasy and Dandruff Hair

We are having an important dinner or we have a meeting with a new friend. We have flakes in our hair and on our shoulders. We want to scratch all the time. It seems as if nothing but to have dandruff is really boring. But why and how does hair have dandruff? The skin periodically renews itself. The dead cells are renewed with the young ones. And this change is the main reason of dandruff. Dandruff is not a hair problem but it is a skin problem which makes you to feel unhappy and bored. The reasons of dandruff are hormonal problems, sweating more than usual, cosmetics such as shampoo, hair-spray, gel etc… If you have dandruff hair you should try shampoos for dandruff. If your hair roots are greasy, you have greasy hair which is as boring and disturbing as dandruff but the solution is easy. Try shampoos for greasy hair. In the bath, the water must be cold. And the people who have these types of hair should be sure that no chemicals of cosmetics left on hair after the bath.

Hair Care

First, try to wash your hair everyday with a suitable shampoo. Try to use clean brushes. And never use bath soaps for your hair. If you think to dye your hair, try to buy qualified dyes. Finally, in summer totally dry your hair before going out or swimming.
